This product comes in S, M, L, XL. Each size covers a range of sizes. These are designed to cover shoe widths up to 2E. Purchase the size that covers your shoe size. Use your the insole from the shoe you intend to upgrade as your template for the removal of excess material. Instructions are provided on the packaging.
