The Ultra Team 23" junior racket is built for the 5-6 year old player looking for a little more pop and a little less vibration than regular aluminum 23" frame. Graphite fusion models use a tubular aluminum frame over which is wrapped/fused a thin sheet or two of carbon fiber. The graphite helps stiffen the frame and reduce some of the vibration inherent to aluminum. At 23" there are very few pure graphite racquets available. Thus, if given the choice between aluminum and graphite-fused frames, go with the graphite fuse. And, and if money is no object for your budding champion, seek out a pure graphite model.
